What services do you offer?

We provide domestic, commercial, carpet & upholstery, mattress deep cleaning, oven cleaning one of cleaning end-of-tenancy, after-build, and deep cleaning services. Each service is tailored to your needs

Are your staff vetted and insured?

Absolutely. All our team members are fully trained, background-checked, and insured. We prioritize professionalism, reliability, and customer trust

What do I need to provide for the cleaning?

Clients must ensure access to:
• Hot water
• Electricity
• Parking

Is there a minimum cleaning time?

Yes:
• Dundalk: Minimum 2 hours
• Outside Dundalk: Minimum 3 hours

How do payments work?

• Residential (weekly/fortnightly): Cash on the day or bank transfer within 7 days
• One-off services (carpet, oven, mattress, upholstery deep cleaning): Payment on the day via cash, transfers 
• Commercial clients:
• One-off: Payment within 7 days
• Recurring: Monthly invoice due by month-end
Dishonored cheques may incur bank/legal fees. Non-payment may result in legal action.

Can I schedule recurring cleanings?

Yes! We offer flexible plans including weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly services. Recurring for business clients must give 1 week’s notice to cancel. For Domestic cleanings We require 24-hour notice for cancellations or changes. (Full charges apply for:
• Late cancellations
• Lockouts or access issues
Deposits may be used to cover cancellation fees.)

What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?

If you’re unhappy, please contact us within 24 hours. We offer a free re-clean if reported promptly. Refunds are not provided if a re-clean is declined

What if something gets damaged?

Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours. We’re covered by Public Liability Insurance for accidental damage, but this does not include:
• Pre-existing faulty appliances
• Minor damages under €50
• Unstable or unreported equipment
